Refund and Return Policy

At Zivuna, every piece is carefully packed and quality-checked before dispatch. Since jewellery is a personal and delicate product category, we request customers to kindly read our return policy carefully before placing an order.

Return Eligibility

We offer a 3-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact.
  • An unboxing video is mandatory for any return, exchange, missing item, or damage claim.
  • The unboxing video should be clear, continuous, and recorded from the beginning without cuts or edits.

Without a proper unboxing video, claims may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for:

  • Used or damaged products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Orders placed during special sale/clearance offers
  • Minor colour variations due to lighting or screen settings
  • Customised or personalized products

Damaged / Wrong Product

If you receive:

  • a damaged item,
  • wrong product,
  • missing item,
  • or defective piece,

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID
  • Clear product photos/videos
  • Complete unboxing video

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or suitable resolution.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping charges and Cash on Delivery charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
  • A small handling/reverse pickup fee may be deducted from the refund amount.

Exchange Policy

We currently offer exchanges only for:

  • damaged products
  • wrong items received
  • manufacturing defects

Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD may be available on selected orders and locations.
Zivuna reserves the right to disable COD for certain customers/orders based on order history or serviceability.

Important Jewellery Care Note

Our jewellery is crafted with premium anti-tarnish and skin-friendly materials. To maintain long-lasting shine:

  • Avoid direct contact with perfumes, water, and chemicals.
  • Store jewellery in a dry place after use.
